This Project depends on Art exchange presentations among tow greater capitals in Africa “Cairo – Lagos”.
Project Definition:
This project presents careful selection of artworks coming out of the tow greater capitals in Africa “Cairo – Lagos”, and trying to find a common background between those tow greater capitals through the internet by exchange of local performances and international dissemination.
Publication of this production and support to expand the points of convergence and accommodate the different concepts each local community has a special identity, to discovery of the contemporary artistic output return to different parts of the world.
The artists shed light on the identity and their work to be provided by the project based on this aim.
The project combines artists and their vision for the Independent, and have the tools in their own manner for the expression of the world and the feel of the unique vision, Need to feel public participation.
We find currents trends and tendencies close sometimes, another time block. But generally reflect the rich and complex nature of the world and of the contemporary artist.
This project will be presented in the Internet using several media “Text – Sound – Video – Image – Performance – Competition …etc.
Call for strengthening the production and dissemination of art absorb various local concepts for each community has a special identity to discover contemporary artistic output due to different regions of the world.
Shed light on the actions of local identities, and how drafting technical.
An invitation to watch, meditation, reflection, and research on how to interact between artists and society, how do they consider? How coping with it? What is their criticism? Thinking? How they turn and express their positions on the various issues of political, social and cultural rights?
How to become the point of view inspiring us?
How the artists use the new media as a tool to express their creativity.
Promote the values of cultural exchange through interaction. Collaborate between artists from different backgrounds, it helps to exchange experiences and the creation of an innovative of a different nature.
Allow many media to express various local identities.

The project will continue for 10 weeks, permeates the online presentation meetings and seminars.
